I currently work at Publicis Sapient as lead for CX & Innovation Consulting in North America with a focus on Digital Business Transformation. My experience includes having led strategy for the two largest omnichannel commerce projects in the world, for retail leaders Target and M&S (UK). I’ve also spent a decade consulting off and on in the hospitality space, including having led McDonald’s Acceleration Transformation strategy that defined and procured budget to reimagine their customer experience, digital technology, and product organizational model. My two decades of experience in strategy, design, product, social sciences, and technology shipping digitally-enabled products and services has prepared me to help companies increase their hit rate of innovation. Product management, design methods, and integrative thinking can be used strategically, manifesting in companies by creating organic growth through more compelling, differentiated products and services, agile process, and open (and fun) culture.

With an early focus in retail and eCommerce, my focus and experience led the broader shift to obsessive customer focus, self-serve, digitally-native, and the extreme competitiveness that all industries now face.
